The Maw is the Ruler of the Evervoid, he was once a Solarian named Soros, who originally held the position now occupied by Miros.
However, he grew tired of being a mere servant to the Thronekeeper, and wanted to rule over the universe as the new Thronekeeper, this led to him being banished to the Outervoid, where he used all the hatred and malice he had for the Thronekeeper to give himself a body that was the mirror opposite of him, shedding his Solarian body and becoming a supermassive sentient black hole, and this creating the Evervoid itself around him as a result.
He would later go on to corrupt an Avarian named Kyro using one of his Voidwalkers, posing as Kyro's long lost love, Rava, and turning him against the Avarian Council, and renaming Kyro by giving him his old Solarian name.
